The Role
As an Inside Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for generating, qualifying, and closing new retainer clients. You’ll prospect leads, nurture opportunities, and consistently meet minimum sales targets of 3 new clients per month and/or 9 per quarter.
Your focus will be on new client acquisition, but you’ll also have opportunities to upsell services such as website development and Robotic Marketer® subscriptions. You’ll have the support of a delivery team who ensure client success, allowing you to concentrate on what you do best—driving growth.
For high performers, this role is designed as a launchpad to Business Development Manager. Within 6 months, if you’ve demonstrated success, you’ll step into a more senior role with greater responsibility and influence.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect, qualify, and close new clients into $3,500 monthly retainers.
- Manage a consistent sales pipeline, hitting minimum monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
- Sell additional services including websites and Robotic Marketer®.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing and delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
- Demonstrate growth potential to progress to Business Development Manager within 6 months.
What’s On Offer
- Base Salary: $50,000 per year.
- Commission: 10% of first 12 months’ revenue from each new retainer (commissions kick in once monthly/quarterly targets are met).
- Upsell Commission: 5% on website projects.
- Robotic Marketer Bonus: $250 per sale.
- Quarterly Bonus: $2,500 if you exceed 12 new clients in a quarter.
- OTE: $130,000–$140,000 annually.

About You
- 1–3 years of sales experience in B2B, inside sales, SaaS, or professional services.
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals.
- Strong communicator, able to build trust and rapport quickly.
- Motivated by targets, competitive, and eager to outperform.
- Organised, self-motivated, and ready to grow into a senior sales role.
